Antoin 'Tony' Rezko arrives at the Dirksen Federal Courthouse in Chicago May 12, 2008.
Caroline Kennedy appears on stage as she takes part in a rally for Democratic presidential candidate Barack Obama in Phoenix, Arizona, January 30, 2008.
Making something out of nothing. The trial had NOTHING TO DO WITH OBAMA.
This is nothing but another distraction. Hillary's had the problem and so
has McCain. But when it comes to Barack returning campaign money, he's the
one who's sinister. Your reachin' again, my Brother. This kind of
analysis has grown rather thin EVEN in the MSM. Do you really consider
this to be critical thinking?
Capt., the point I am making with this post is Barack Obama does not exist
in a political vaccum. Hopefully he has broken with his "Chicago politics"
past but what concerns me is his inner circle today. Obama has been John
Kerry's "boy" since the Democrat convention of '04. (Kerry chose Obama to
speak at that convention). Obama's current "inner circle" is Old Gaurd
liberal Washington insiders and former Washington insiders. How independent
in thought is Barack Obama?
Why you think someone has to think for Obama amazes me. This is the guy
who led the Harvard National Review. This is the guy who was top of his
class. The stuff you're bringing up Mo, is petty as hell - when you
consider the background of the other candidate.
That Barack Obama is a great mind, no one can deny! However Obama has a
distrinct pandering inclination, a tendency to say what he thinks people
want him to say. He recently really sucked up to the hardline Jewish lobby
the other day, outdoing both Clinton and McCain. His call for an "undivided
Jerusalem" was what these Zionists wanted to hear but really hurt the
Palestinians. Now he is even taking a hardline tact with Iran. Obama
attempts to be all things to all people, which is impossible. He is too
philosophical and listens too much to be a good leader. In my opinion,
that is his great weakness right now. Obama right now doesn't know who and
what he is. He needs you for a "life coach"! (smile)
John McCain is the panderer! He's flip flopped on so many issues, and it's
all on tape. Obama speech in front of AIPAC showed how he would be
different in handling the Middle East from McCain and Hillary. Tough
diplomacy, economic pressure and incentives, with the big stick of the
military still on the table. His problem will be Hamas. They are the duly
elected government of the Palestinians and if you don't deal with these
folks, you're spinning your wheels about peace.
Dude, I stopped reading Ed Strong a while ago, he's a pervert first off,
and has completely gone aaround the bend on Hillary.
Ron, what is the connection between Ed Strong and my post? (I quit reading
Ed Strong a long time ago too)
You mentioned Ed Strong in a comment, that's why I mentioned him.
